  • What do I do if I can't find what I want to sell in the TradeFestival catalog?

    If you want to sell an item but it does not currently exist in our retail catalog, you may be able to create a page for it using the 'Add a Product' tool in your seller account. Once a page has been created for the product, you can list your copy of the item on it. Learn more.
    Please note there are restrictions on some products and categories, and we
    cannot guarantee that an item will be accepted into our catalog. Learn more about Category, Product, and Listing Restrictions.
  • How do I decide if a Professional Selling Plan is right for me?

    Our Professional Selling Plan (PSP) is optional; you do not need a paid subscription to begin selling on our site. That said, this selling plan has many benefits for frequent or volume sellers.   • How do I know when I have a sale?

    We will e-mail you after we authorize the buyer's payment method. You can see orders, obtain shipping information, and confirm shipments in Manage Orders in your Seller Account. Professional sellers can also download Order Reports to view sales.
  • Are there any fees for selling?

    Selling on our website is absolutely free! Yes its true, There are no hidden charges whatsoever. 100% of your sale proceeds goes to you. Click to view more information about Marketplace seller fees (including a list of referral fees) and shipping credits.
  • When do I get my money?

    Your bank details would have already been collected at the point of registration. Payments are made to you, the seller, only after the customer has received their items and there are no returns made nor negative feedbacks received about the product.
  • How can buyers see all of my Marketplace listings in one place?

    A buyer can view all of a seller's listings in the Storefront.
  • Can I put my account on hold while I go on vacation?

    Yes you can! We have a feature on our website where you can make your store temporarily inactive for a period of time. We understand that you may want to travel or may be temporarily unable to run your store on TradeFestival.com. You can do this by sending us an email at contact@tradefestival.com
